We hope this site will interest members of the public, particularly those who may be seeking help and support for themselves, or those caring for someone with serious illness who would prefer to die at home.
What we offer here is as follows:
The public representatives we have talked to often ask us to provide a directory of services and we know how difficult it can be to navigate the complex system of care. Unfortunately, services vary across the country area to area and also change frequently, and this is why we cannot provide a full directory and keep it up to date.
